I. Visions and goals:
In addressing the needs of a knowledge-based economic era, we work to combine the strength of the university's traditional teacher training, integrating humanities, arts, mathematics, science and technology into basic education, and providing diverse, interdisciplinary training services for enhancing the competencies of elementary, preschool, and special education teachers. Furthermore, we seek to develop digital technology to provide a learning environment that can optimize society, and promote continuing and extension education to achieve the goal of lifelong learning for all.
II. Main missions:
1. In conjunction with the government education policies, we work to promote various degree programs, credit and in-service programs, actively seek industry collaboration to establish "Industrial Technology R&D Master Program."
2. Inheriting a high-quality campus culture, we coordinate departmental resources to plan for teacher education learning courses, and many other high-quality lifelong learning programs. By collaborating with elementary, preschool, and special education teachers we have nurtured, we offer various constructive programs to promote continuing and extension education.
3. In accordance with laws and relevant regulations, we have applied for relevant subsidies from the Industrial Development Bureau and the Council of Labor Affairs, and offered various vocational training, certification programs, and related guidance courses.
